Recently named one of the Top 100 Game Changers in the hair industry by Modern Salon Magazine, Josh DeMarco is a professional hair stylist and international educator based out of Philadelphia. Though he is an accomplished stylist, he feels there is a gap in the Philadelphia market for luxurious hair and grooming services. Josh constantly strives to hone his and his teams’ skills while expanding their reach in the city. He continues to travel the world teaching the art of haircutting and has recently been ask to be a founding member of the Intercoiffure Cutting Council for North America. Josh is also a global artist and educator for Mizutani Scissors (Tokyo) and Saco Haircare (London).
Evan Demers

Evan grew up embedded in the skateboarding and arts culture. Life eventually lead him to peruse his true passion: Barbering. He began cutting hair for friends after work, eventually falling in love with the craft and sparking his desire for professional refinement. After completing his initial training, Evan began to work towards a higher level of barbering: Focusing more on his aesthetic and his craft. This led to developing his skill set and eventually earning professional recognition as one of the top 5 Freshman Class barbers (under 5 years of cutting hair) from the acclaimed European barbering magazine, Barber Evo. To this day Evan says, “I couldn’t be more motivated to continue my growth as a barber while having the opportunity to meet some of the most genuine and interesting people along the way”.
Ricky Garcia

Ricky Garcia is a licensed Barber who has been working to perfect his craft for the last four years. He was drawn to doing hair by his desire to find a career path that allowed the freedom to do something creative; he was instantly inspired by walking into a thriving barbershop at 24. From that moment forward, he knew what his calling was.
Educated and trained in York, PA, Ricky graduated at the top of his class while simultaneously working as an apprentice in an active shop and attending school full-time. Since he graduated, he has spent his time working and building a dedicated following of clients at two of the top-rated shops in York. In addition to a deep passion for haircutting and the art of barbering, Ricky has also been trained and certified in the crochet methodology for dreadlocks. He is well versed in working with all hair textures. “I like helping clients realize the best versions of themselves through their hair. There is an art form to work with a client’s head and face shape and bring out the best way to frame their persona. I love seeing what a difference hair can make in the way someone carries themselves.”

Josiah hails from a diverse background of detail focused creative work, from chef to finish carpenter. He takes pride and pleasure in accentuating what is natural to compliment the individual’s personal style and character. He is a licensed barber and certified scalp micro pigmentation artist. After more than a decade exploring multiple creative possibilities, he is excited to join the DAPR team in providing an elevated grooming experience. Providing service that exceeds expectations runs in his blood.
